Custom reminders

We find that once people begin their zone cleaning system, they tend to settle into a routine, completing their zones on practical days in their week-to-week schedules. However you want to schedule your own zone cleaning, we provide the option to set custom reminders for your outstanding weekly tasks.

Default settings

By default, we will send you reminders to complete any outstanding weekly cleaning on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with the week resetting at 00:01 AM on Sunday.

Each reminder is sent at 08:00 AM and will include a summary of the number of zones you have outstanding total, and a time estimate for the remaining tasks. If you have completed all your zones for the week, you will not receive a reminder.

Changing your reminders

You can change these settings at any time by going to the settings page (opens in a new tab) and referring to Your details ⇢ Outstanding weekly task reminders.

You can configure the reminders to be any frequency or combination of days, however, we recommend choosing a maximum of three to reduce reminder fatigue.
